J M ANOWAR is the Managing Director and Co-Owner of Learn Know Apply. With close to four decades of international business management experience, over the last 30 years as a Performance Enhancement Consultant, he is especially skilled at individual coaching, mentoring, and group facilitation for leadership development, sales management, and sales force effectiveness. He is a Singaporean and able to deliver in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Bahasa Melayu.
Anowar has traveled globally to conduct leadership and management retreats, skills training workshops, seminars, and sales management consultancy. He is an accomplished, entertaining, and thought-provoking speaker. He holds an MBA but believes in "preaching what he practises and practicing what he preaches" and has little time for theories preferring to concentrate on application, implementation, and focusing on top-line results. He has selectively and successfully conducted performance enhancement facilitation, consultancy, and coaching to over 300 companies (local, regional and international), trained and coached over 20,000 delegates and aided his clients to achieve their corporate goals.
He assisted in the inception and creation of sales management systems, sales productivity, and performance indicators with the sole aim of increasing sales results. He also expedited some of his clients' human capital and development blueprint to set up their learning centers or corporate universities by developing an extensive training pipeline cum development modules and programs. He is designated as a Mentor and Coach to many of his clients' leadership teams with carte blanche authority.

Thomi F Arthos is the Director and Co-Owner of Learn Know Apply in Indonesia. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in human resources development, for the last decade, he dedicated his career to the development of leadership and managerial competencies for his clients. He is an Indonesian-born and educated but fluent in both written and spoken English.
He is particularly skilled at coaching, mentoring, and facilitating in the areas of leadership, sales management, sales, and customer service. He holds various certifications from world-leading training companies such as Targeted Selection Interviewing and Facilitation Skills Workforce from DDI International and Quality Service Skills Certification from Achieve Global to name a few. He is a graduate with a degree in Industrial Engineering. To date, he has accumulated the facilitation of knowledge and skills in over 200 workshops and trained more than 4,000 participants.
Thomi built his career in various companies from different industries such as banking, manufacturing, and distribution and has gained valuable experience in both human resources management and operational execution. Prior to starting Learn Know Apply, he was the Head of PT Lautan Luas Tbk Learning Centre, a public listed and one of Indonesia’s largest chemical distribution and manufacturing company with more than 5000 employees where he developed a total human resource blueprint and manages a team of 12 trainers and support staff.
He is an outspoken and candid individual who likes challenges and willing to take the ‘road less traveled’ to achieve his objectives. He believes that learning is definitely a journey and that the school of life has taught and gave him many of his best lessons and experiences.

Prabah Ramadas is the Managing Director and Co-Owner of Linc Knowledge Academy in Malaysia. Concurrently he is also the Managing Director and Co-Owner of Zenith Resolve Malaysia that is dealing in the distribution of education products to homes, private and Government preschools.
Prior to running the 2 businesses above, he was the Vice President of World Book International Chicago, a member of Scotts Fetzer Group of Companies. He was responsible for achieving the targets for International sales outside of the United States. He traveled extensively in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia to support the existing Country Distributors in training, setting new sales and marketing strategies for their sales outfit. He is also responsible to open new markets where World Book had no representation and help the new Country Distributors to set up their business and systems from zero.
Prabah also spent 13 years in Indonesia working for PT Tigaraksa Satria a public listed company as Vice President of their Direct Selling business and was a Member of the Board that presides over its other businesses.
In his 40 years of experience, he particularly loves the field of training and coaching leaders to succeed. He’s apt at delivering leadership development, sales management and sales programs have conducted numerous workshops and seminars internationally. He also led and steered planning sessions and management retreats to increase sales and top-line productivity.
He has attended many training programs especially in the field of Neuro Linguistic Programming. Prabah attended Anthony Robbins Mastery and received a certification for the program.
Besides that he is also a trained and certified Heart Intelligence Coach with the Christian Pankhurst Heat IQ Academy in Holland. He pursued his MBA with the Maastricht School of Business.
His strength is in his patience to listen with empathy and yet able to be firm when that trait needs to be displayed.

Professor Sattar Bawany is the Chief Executive Officer of the Centre for Executive Education (CEE). He is also the Managing Director as well as Master Executive Coach & Facilitator with Executive Development Associates (EDA) in Asia Pacific. EDA is a global leader in executive development including executive coaching solutions to Fortune 500 organizations.
Prof Bawany is also concurrently the Strategic Advisor of International Professional Managers Association (IPMA) Board of Trustees and Governing Council. Prof Bawany is also the Adjunct Faculty of Harvard Business School’s Corporate
Learning and Duke University’s Corporate Education (Duke CE). He is the immediate past Co-Chair of the Human Capital Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (AmCham Singapore). He is also a member of Frontier Strategy Group’s Expert Advisory Network (EAN) for Human Capital and Talent Management issues in Asia Pacific advising CEOs and CHROs of global and regional organizations.
Prof Bawany has assumed various senior management roles including Managing Director/Country Head and Talent Development/Coaching Practice Leader for DBM Asia Pacific as well as Business Leader, Organisational Effectiveness/Leadership Development Consultant and Executive Coach with Mercer HR Consulting, The Hay Group, The Forum Corporation, and Mercuri International.
Prof Bawany is an astute advisor to executives who need to know how they are perceived and want to focus on what is most important in their professional and personal lives. He has coached a range of leaders, from CEOs, to senior vice presidents, and high potential managers. Prof Bawany’s passion for people and culture is about creating an environment where employees are valued and emotionally engaged in the business. He has successfully worked with the extensive number of public and private organizations regionally and internationally specializing in people and culture through transformational change, starting with the ‘end’ in mind! He is an experienced facilitator and has spent many years developing leadership capability through the delivery of structured talent management, leadership development programs including executive coaching.
He is a Graduate of Corporate Coach U and a Licensed Coaching Clinic Facilitator. He is certified in the administration and application of various psychometric instruments including the Extended DISC®, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator™ (MBTI), Bar-On EQ 360™, and EQ-i™. Tatiyana is currently a network partner of LKA. She has over 30 years of experience with broad and deep expertise in all streams of human resources with various exposures to diverse industries eg. manufacturing, distribution, logistic services, banking, non-profit organizations and served as a consultant in education.
She is very involved in process change and transformation, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, leadership, service management, learning and development and executive coaching.
Proficient in cultural diversity and organisational transformation, she played major roles for her clients in developing HR Road Map to become world class organization through competency base framework as a platform of implementing targeted selection for hiring talents, online performance management, training man days per employee, incepted and managed the learning centre, HRIS for operational and strategic HR automation and many other HR Initiatives.
As a Professional Coach she excel in helping executive leaders to unlock their potential and make necessary transformation and grow together with their team especially when facing unpredictable situations during pandemic. She is also certified in Global DISC, Growth Mindset and Skills for Empowered Workforce.
She is an accomplished motivational and inspirational speaker, have been invited to speak to audiences from small selected groups to a mass of nearly 4,000 participants. Creating culinary delights is one of her passion.

Novi is a Lead Consultant/Facilitator with LKA, with more than 20 years’ experience specializing in all facets of human resource management. A graduate in Psychology from University of Indonesia she assists her clients to identify and place the right person to do the right job.
Some of the projects she accomplished are psychological assessment and profiling, talent benchmarking, evaluation and mapping, and comprehensive overview of talent availability for government and private organizations. She conducted employee engagement surveys as well as customer engagement surveys.
Novi is also an engaging facilitator for teamwork, customer service and communication skills training. Her workshops are fun filled yet serious in the implementation. She enjoys travelling mainly to non-tourist destinations.

Dodid is a Lead Consultant with LKA, with almost 10 years’ experience specializing in recruitment and assessment. A graduate in Psychology from Gadjah Mada University, his educational background is focused on human behaviour.
His extensive list of clients/projects include national and multi-national companies such as oil and gas, manufacturing, transportation, government organizations and ministries and financial institutions. He has appraised more than 7000 of his clients’ personnel at all levels.
Dodid has facilitated in the recruitment and assessment processes in multi-strategic areas, starting with manpower planning, program setup, developing evaluation methods and measurement tools, training and leading a team of assessors, ensuring activity reports are acceptable and assisted in talent mapping and make recommendations for development programs.
He is also active in various professional organizations and assist several UMKM to upgrade and improve their human resource capabilities.

Eli Kusbianto is a Senior Partner of Learn Know Apply in Indonesia. She was with Competitive Strength Improvements since 1998 and remained when CSI merged with Linc until today. She obtained her Master in Human Resources in 2000 from Atmajaya University, Jakarta. She is a graduate of Brawijaya University in Malang majoring in Management.
In 1976 she worked as an Assistant Lecturer for General and Production Management in the same university. In 1977 she moved to Jakarta and worked for PT Gudang Garam as an Office Manager. 1979-1983 she was attached to PT Optik Tunggal as a Finance Manager and from 1983 to 1987 she worked for PT Indomobil as a Finance Manager. In 1987 after her youngest daughter was born, she decided to stay at home for a while to raise her two daughters. In 1998 she decided to make a come back.
Specialising in the financial industry, she assisted J M Anowar in performing consultancy, coaching and training activities to top ten life insurance, top ten general insurance and three of the top five re-insurance companies in Indonesia.

Dinda is a network partner of LKA. Concurrently she is the Founder and Co-Owner of KOGI Komunikologi specialising in public relations, branding and corporate communications.
A gifted trainer and speaker she has conducted seminars and in-house training in Professional Public Speaking (Basic to Advance), Speaking Impressively, Presentation Skills, Boosting Confidence, Effective Communications, Crisis Communications, Leadership, Management Development, Business Ethics and Customer Service programmes.
With over 20 years’ experience she has been kept busy as Project Lead engaged by many of her clients. She has successfully implemented culture transformation, corporate culture alignment and transformation, culture blueprint and setting company direction, socialisation of corporate culture and project management.
She hold a Master Degree of Communication majoring in Corporate Communications, Magister Management majoring in Marketing Management and Bachelor Degree of Communication majoring in Public Relations. She like to share her passion for effective communication with others.

Soni is currently a network partner of LKA. He obtained his Bachelor of General Science from University of Oregon with minors in Mathematics, Computer Information Science and Business Administration. He has conducted training on leadership, sales and customer service.
With nearly 2 decades of a checkered career rising from sales to supervisor to general manager he is currently Head of Business Development of an IoT company that provides the first application-based power bank rental service in Indonesia. His experience portfolio includes cellular telecommunication services, global smart card providers and financial services with a condensed work stint in the United States.
Some of the contribution in his previous companies has led to the over achievement of sales targets, increased revenue generation, registered user base and number of partners and customers. He is also well versed in process streamlining and automation, sales and marketing strategies, re-engineering, customer relationship management and key account management.
He is an Indonesian who speaks fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Exercising is one of Soni’s passion as he believes a healthy body supports a healthy positive mind, he tries to maintain a daily routine of approximately 60 mins of running and muscle exercise. He is also a movie buff.
